Description

No. 5 Park Road is a house built in the early 19th century. It has a rendered exterior and a slate roof. The building is two storeys high with a basement and features a hipped roof with stacks on both the left and right sides. On the first floor, there are three sash windows set in moulded surrounds. The ground floor has three three-leaved sash windows, also in moulded surrounds, and a tented verandah supported by scallop-pattern iron brackets on the piers. There are steps leading up to the central window. The basement has two glazing bar sash windows. The entrance is located in a recessed doorway on the right side of the building. This house is one of three identical villas in the area.
