GV II

House. Early C19, with mid C20 extension to the left. Incised stucco with slate roof and brick stack to left; extension to left has pantile roof. 2-unit central staircase plan with wing canting back to left. 2 storeys. First floor has 8/8-pane sashes in forward frames, ground floor has 2/2-pane sashes also in forward frames, all with horns; central 6-panel door, the top 4 panels raised-and-fielded, the lower 2 beaded. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Delicate square railings with tapered heads and small urn-like finials enclose a shallow forecourt and flank a trellised porch with a hipped swept canopy over the door.
