Tynts Hill Cottage is an 18th-century cottage built from local limestone rubble with rough quoins and a tile roof, featuring brick end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical facade with three bays. It has late 19th-century casement windows and a central door opening with a plank door.
