Description
Woodcot is a 17th-century house built from Doulting and local limestone rubble, topped with a tile roof and featuring rubble ridge stacks. The building has a symmetrical facade facing the garden, consisting of two bays with one central bay. It showcases three-light ovolo moulded stone mullioned windows with labels, with the upper floor windows set in gables that have copings and bases for finials. To the right, there is a two-storey addition that is lower in height, with a casement window on the first floor and the ground floor obscured by a projecting lean-to roofed with pantiles. There is a door opening on the right side, leading to a rendered gabled 20th-century porch with a half-glazed door. Inside, the door opens into a chamfered wooden surround with a plank door. Above the porch, there is another two-light ovolo moulded stone mullioned window with a label.
