Description

Woodbine Cottage is an 18th-century cottage that was remodelled in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of rubble with roughly-shaped quoins and cut stone dressings, and has a pantile roof with a stack rebuilt in 20th-century brick. The cottage is single-storied and has two bays. A boarded door is positioned slightly left of centre, and there are paired 8-pane casement windows, all set in raised stone surrounds. The left coped gable has a moulded kneeler, and the left end stack is stepped and corniced, while the right end stack has been rebuilt on its original base. The building is included in the list for its group value.
