Description

Rectory Farm Cottage is an 18th-century cottage constructed from coursed rubble stone, featuring quoins and a 20th-century tiled roof that is hipped to the left. The roof has a stone central ridge and stacks at the right end. The right gable is stone coped. The cottage has two storeys with casement windows that have stone sills. From the left, there is a door with a 2-light window above it, followed by an 8/8 sash window with a 2-light window above, a 6-panelled door with a canopy porch and a 1-light window above, and a 2-light window on both floors. At the rear, there is a one-storey extension, an additional stack, and a stone trough. Inside, there are beams.
