Description

This outbuilding, dating from 1791, is located at Ward's Farm and is associated with Colbrave Construction Limited. It is constructed from coursed rubble stone with quoins and features a 'bell cast' roof made of Collyweston slate. The building is 1½ storeys high. On the left end, there is a door with an overlight set in what is likely a later brick surround. There is also an opening in the gable and a door located at the right end that leads up steps. At the rear, a 3-light window is complemented by a 2-light hipped dormer. Notably, the right corner facing Manor Road has the inscription R.C. 1791, which is likely to be the date of construction. Inside, the first floor features beams in a 3-bay arrangement.
