Description

This is a 17th-century house located on Manor Road in Stretton. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with stone dressings, and has a Collyweston slate roof with stone and brick stacks at the ridge and left end. The gables are coped with shouldered stones. The front elevation has two and a half storeys, dominated by three stone mullion windows on the right side, each with three lights. A 3-light casement window is set into the ground floor to the left, within a stone frame. A chamfered stone door surround frames a six-panelled door. To the left of the door is a small, projecting lean-to with a 2-light window, and further to the left is a 19th-century single-story wing projecting forward, featuring a 2-light window on its front gable and a 1-light window on its right return. A 3-light stone mullion window is set into the gable end on the right. A two-story wing extends from the rear.
