Description
This outbuilding, located about 2 metres east of Lamb Farmhouse, is likely a former forge dating from the 19th century. It is constructed from ham stone coursed rubble and features a double Roman clay tiled roof with plain gables. There is no chimney stack, but there are signs of a former stack on the east gable. The building is single storey and has a 2-light casement window with boarded shutters on the left side. On the right side, there is a boarded door and a stable-type door; the boarded door has a timber lintel, while the stable door is now under a concrete lintel. The interior has not been seen.
