Description

Sunnyside and No. 1 is a house from the 18th century that was later modified into a pair of cottages. It is constructed from coursed and squared rubble with a slate roof featuring coped verges and brick stacks. The building has two storeys and consists of five bays, with a combination of 2- and 4-light edge-moulded stone-mullioned windows. The ground floor has two pairs of 2-light windows that include cornice drips. There are also two door openings framed in edge-moulded stone, each fitted with early 20th-century doors.
