This is an 18th-century house, originally part of a row, located on the north side of Kale Street in Batcombe. It is a two-storey building with a facade of one and three bays, with the left bay slightly set back. The windows are 19th-century casements, with two- and three-light openings, each featuring a single horizontal glazing bar. There are two door openings containing plank doors. The external walls are roughcast, and the roof is covered with triple-Roman tiles.
