Description

Sunnyside and The Bobbin are two houses dating from the early 18th century. They have a timber frame construction that is roughcast, with a weatherboarded apron at the front. The west cottage, known as The Bobbin, has weatherboarding at the rear. Both houses feature steep roofs that are now covered with slate. They share a central red brick chimney that has two flues. The buildings face south and are two storeys high, each with two windows on each floor and a central plank door that is topped by a gabled porch. The windows are two-light casements.
