Description
Sunnyside and the cottage adjacent to the west are former cottages that have been converted into two separate homes. They date from the mid-19th century and are constructed from rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is made of concrete tiles and features coped verges along with five chimneys. The buildings are 2½ storeys tall and have four gabled dormers. There are four windows, which are three-light casements with single keys. The doors are ledged, with the left-hand cottage featuring a 20th-century verandah with trellis work, while the right-hand cottage has a small angled bay at the center of the ground floor. Additionally, there is a later 1½ storey extension on the right side.
