Description

Sunnyside and the adjoining cottage to the south are a pair of cottages built in the late 19th century. They are constructed from stone rubble with granite quoins and feature a hipped slate roof with a central stone chimney stack. The cottages have a double depth rectangular plan, heated from the central stack, and rise to two storeys. Each cottage has an entrance through gabled stone porches located at the left and right ends. The front is symmetrical with two bays facing the street, which include 6-pane horned sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
