Description
Sunnyside and the attached shop is a building that was originally three cottages, now serving as a house and shop. It likely dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century but was largely remodeled in the early 20th century. The structure is made of brick in Flemish bond and features a hipped, tiled roof with stone-slate margins. There is a moulded brick stack located to the right of the door. The shop extends as a single-storey wing at the front left of the building. It is two storeys tall with irregular window arrangements. The windows include two and three-light casements with leaded-lights set beneath wooden lintels, and the upper-floor windows are dormered. A plank door is positioned near the centre of the facade.
