Brook Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located on Old School Lane in Iwerne Minster. The building is rendered and whitewashed, featuring a thatched roof with brick stacks at either end. It has a near-symmetrical design, standing two storeys tall and comprising three windows. The windows are casements with leaded lights. There is a central porch that includes a 20th-century door.
