Description

Splash Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located in Tarrant Monkton. The building is rendered and whitewashed, topped with a thatched roof featuring brick stacks at the right end and along the left ridge. It has two storeys and a three-window range. The upper floor is fitted with 20th-century two-light casements that include glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are 20th-century timber casements with mullions and transoms flanking a central 20th-century glazed door, which is sheltered by a segmental hood. To the left, there is a three-light casement.
