Description

April Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located in Winterbourne. It is constructed of painted brick and has a hipped thatched roof. The cottage features three stacks: one on the ridge above the right-hand door, one to the right, and an end stack to the left. All the windows are 20th-century casements. The ground floor layout, from left to right, includes a window, a door, two windows, another door, and a final window. There are five first-floor windows. A gabled porch shelters the door to the right. A one-storey addition extends from the right side, incorporating a casement window.
