Description

Little Thatch is a cottage dating from the early 17th century, located in Tarrant Monkton village. It is constructed of flint and rubble, featuring squared rubble quoins. The cottage has a thatched roof that is half-hipped on the right side, with a brick stack positioned on the left. It is a single-storey building with attics and has an irregular arrangement of two windows. The windows are 20th-century two-light casements with glazing bars set beneath segmental heads. A central thatched porch leads to a plank door.

Inside, the cottage features a collar-truss roof with cambered collars.
