House in row, with shop. Possibly C17 or earlier, late C18 front. Painted brick, pantile roof. The property is stepped forward from the adjoining No.80 (qv), and has steep-pitched hipped roof behind parapet. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 windows; 4-pane sashes, above a late C19 shop front, which also returns in one panel to the left. It has thin mullions, and rounded corners to the panes, a recessed doorway, and 2 wide piers, under deep fascia and moulded cornice, all detailed as the adjoining No.80 (qv). INTERIOR: not inspected, but may be of interest.
