Description
Rock House is a house located at the end of a row on High Street, dating from the early 19th century. The building is rendered with a slate roof.
The exterior features a tall, symmetrical front with three storeys, each having two large 16-pane sash windows. There is a blank section in the centre above a central panelled door, which is flanked by pilasters and topped with a closed pediment. The return gables are plain, with raised coped verges that step slightly, and there is a brick stack on the left side. A projecting element at the rear may contain the staircase.
The interior has not been inspected. The property seems to be either a late rebuild or possibly an infill at the far west end of the High Street.
