Description

No. 24 St Mary Street is a house with a shop, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. The building is rendered and has a slate roof. It stands four storeys tall, featuring two 9-pane sash windows above an 8:12:8-pane sash oriel with a dentil cornice on the second floor, and a 3-light 19th-century casement window on the first floor. The deep 20th-century fascia and plate-glass shop front extend from the adjoining No. 23. The front is very plain, with a simple parapet and a stack on the right gable. The interior has not been inspected.
