Offices with shop. Mid C19. Rendered, low-pitched slate roof. 4 storeys, 3 windows, all sashes; at third floor 12-pane in deep reveals and on moulded stone sills on brackets, above 12-pane in moulded architraves with cornice, to full-width sill band. The first floor has plain sashes, with dividing piers and 4 unfluted Doric three-quarter columns, all this abbreviated by the high fascia with moulded cornice and large modelled consoles on a late C20 shop front. A plain coped parapet. The left gable wall is slate-hung, and with a large stack. INTERIOR not inspected. (RCHME: Dorset, South-East: London: 1970-: 351).
