Description

This is a house in a row, incorporating a shop, dating from the early 19th century. It is located on St Thomas Street, Weymouth. The building has been rendered and has a slate roof. It is three storeys high with a three-window front. The top floor retains original 12-pane sash windows. Replacement casement windows are present on the first floor, all set in plain reveals with stone sills. The ground floor features a full-width display front added in the late 20th century. The building has a moulded cornice supported by consoles, a blocking course, and a stone parapet. The interior has not been inspected. Although likely built around the same time as the adjacent No. 24, the fronts have differing details, and No. 25 has lost its original windows apart from those on the top floor.
