Description

No. 3 East Quay is a mid-19th century office building. It features painted render with stone voussoirs and cills, a hipped slate roof, and a brick stack on the left side. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall with a two-window range. It has overhanging eaves and high splayed voussoirs above the slightly segmental arches of the upper floor's three 6-pane sash windows. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop in the center and a six-panel door with an overlight to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
