Offices. Mid C19. Painted render with stone voussoirs and cills, hipped slate roof and brick stack to left. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Overhanging eaves; high splayed voussoirs to the slightly segmental arches over 3/6-pane sash windows of upper floors; C20 shop to ground-floor centre and 6-panel door with overlight to the left. INTERIOR not inspected.
