Description

31 St Mary Street is a house with a shop, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. The building is rendered and features a concrete tile mansard roof. It has two storeys and an attic, with one window; there are two raking dormers above an 8:12:8-pane sash bow oriel that has a dentil cornice extending across the full facade. The shop front is a modern full-width design. A brick stack is located to the left of the building. This property is smaller in scale than its neighbors and may incorporate some earlier fabric.
