House in row, with shop. Late C18 or early C19. Rough rendered front, plain rendered elsewhere. A broad-fronted parapeted front to parallel ranges with central valley gutter, and with a gabled wing to the E, set in to the main range with a complex range of roof slopes. 3 storeys and attic, 3 windows; two 2-light flat-roofed small dormers above plain sashes at second floor to sill band. First floor has a tripartite 8:12:8-pane sash flat bow oriel and 2 12-pane sashes, to sill band, and ground floor has a C19 three-pane shop front in slight pilasters, left, and plain square display window under a deep fascia, right. Under a flat elliptical arch to a sunk panel is a glazed door with flat fanlight in a Roman Doric doorcase with entablature. Moulded cornice, blocking course and coped parapet; large stack to the right. At the rear are 4 glazing-bar sashes to flush boxes, 2 of these to a central staircase, and 2 small square lights. The gabled wing has a gabled half-dormer in brickwork, with sash, and a square oriel with plain sashes at first floor; there is a gable stack at the outer end, raised in brick.
