Description
No. 12 Trinity Road is a house in a row, built in the early 19th century. It features painted brickwork and a slate roof. This property has a very narrow frontage with parallel ranges leading to a double mansard roof and a central valley; the rear mansard has a leaded flat top. The building is three storeys high with an attic and has one window. There is a 4-pane sash dormer above a 16-pane sash window, which has a flush face box. Below this is a full-width triple oriel window with eight panes on each side and a dentil cornice, situated above a 12-pane sash window. To the right of the oriel is a 6-panel, part-glazed door framed by a moulded architrave and topped with a plain transom light, also under a dentil cornice. The plain coped parapet steps down to the centre, opposite the dormer window. There are stacks on each gable of the front roof. The rear features a flush roof-light and a 4-pane sash window above a 12-pane sash window set in rendered walling. The interior has not been inspected.
