Description

No. 93 St Mary Street is a small house with a shop, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. The building is rendered and has a slate roof. It stands three storeys high and features two 9-pane sash windows set in reveals with stone sills, positioned above an 8:12:8-pane sash bow oriel window and a full-width 20th-century shop front. The exterior includes a stone moulded cornice, a blocking course, and a parapet. There is a brick stack on the left side that has been raised to match the height of the adjacent bank building, No. 92. This house is a remnant of the earlier scale of this street. The interior has not been inspected.
