House in row, with shop. Late C18 or early C19. Painted Flemish bond brickwork, slate roof. 2 storeys and attic; a 6-pane sash gabled dormer with recessed panelled tympanum, above two 9-pane sashes in reveals and on stone sills. At first floor is an 8:12:8-pane bow oriel with dentil cornice, and the ground floor has a C20 shop front. A bracketed eaves; no stack is visible. INTERIOR not inspected. Although listed in RCHME with Nos 6 & 8 (qv) adjoining, this is a separate build from these. (RCHME: Dorset, South-East: London: 1970-: 352).
