Description
No. 7 St Thomas Street is a house with a shop, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features painted Flemish bond brickwork and a slate roof, with two storeys and an attic. The attic includes a gabled dormer with a 6-pane sash window and a recessed panelled tympanum. Below, there are two 9-pane sash windows set in reveals on stone sills. The first floor has a bow oriel window with 8:12:8 panes and a dentil cornice, while the ground floor has a 20th-century shop front. The building has a bracketed eaves, and no chimney stack is visible. The interior has not been inspected. Although it is listed alongside Nos. 6 and 8, it is a separate building from these.
