Description

No. 3 Bond Street is a house with a shop, dating from the early 19th century. The building is rendered and features a mansard slate roof. The shop front was added in the late 20th century. The upper floors have a shallow two-storey canted bay window with dentil cornices on each floor, and glazing bar sash windows with a configuration of 6:9:6 panes above 8:12:8 panes. There are also two glazing bar sash windows with 16 and 9 panes on the right-hand return. A large dormer, added in the mid-20th century, is located on the roof. The interior has not been inspected.
