Description
No. 1 Bond Street is a house with a shop that has been converted into a nightclub. It dates from the early 19th century and is rendered over brick. The original mansard roof has been replaced. The building has three storeys and features a single-window design. The mid-19th century shop front includes flanking panelled pilasters and capped brackets above, with a cornice at each end. The upper floors are highlighted by two-storey canted bay windows, each topped with a modillion cornice and fitted with horned glazing bar sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
