Description

Nos. 12 and 13 Bond Street, which also includes No. 29 New Street, is a pair of houses with a shop, built in the early 19th century. The buildings are rendered and feature a slate roof. They stand three storeys tall and have two windows, with 9-pane sash windows set in reveals and on stone sills, above bow oriels that have 4:12:4-pane sashes. The ground floor features a full-width 19th-century shop front that extends to New Street. On the return front, there is a central arched doorway leading to a panelled door. A large central brick stack is located below the ridge. The interior has not been inspected.
