Description

The gate piers and gates at the roadside entrance to the Friends Meeting House were likely built around 1850. They consist of three coursed and squared rubble piers, which are square in shape. The entrance features a broad wrought-iron gate with decorative cresting, along with a similar narrow pedestrian gate that also has cresting. These structures are included mainly for their group value.
