Description
No. 10 is a house dating from the early 19th century, constructed from coursed and squared rubble with a pantile roof, featuring coped verges and end brick stacks. The building has a symmetrical frontage, standing two storeys high with three bays. The first floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the ground floor has 16-pane sash windows, both with wedge lintels. The central entrance features a semi-circular head door opening with a 6-panelled door and a fanlight adorned with radiating glazing bars. Attached to the left return is No. 12, which is not of special interest. The property includes a railed forecourt, with each rail topped by a spear cap and urn finials at intervals, along with a central gateway; however, the gate was missing at the time of the last survey in November 1984.
