Description

This is an early 19th century cottage constructed of coursed hammered stone with a pantile roof and a single gable end. New stacks have been added to the ends. The cottage has two storeys and two windows, each featuring sliding sash windows with glazing bars. Lintels are above the two ground floor windows. A modern door is set beneath one of these lintels. It forms a group with numbers 42 to 47, 49 to 57, and 70. Numbers 50 to 52, 56, 57, 68, and 69 are identified as being of local interest.
