Description
No. 112 Eastgate is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall, constructed from coursed rubble with a pantile roof and a single brick chimney stack. The facade features three windows with lintels and no glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are two windows, and above the door, which has four panels, there is a rectangular fanlight. The building has a rendered plinth and is included as part of a group of buildings. This group also includes Nos. 105 to 126 in sequence, the Royal Oak Public House, the Employment Exchange, No. 133, and the Crossways Hotel, with Nos. 105 to 111 in sequence, No. 126, the Royal Oak Public House, and the Crossways Hotel being of local interest.
