Description

No. 113 Eastgate is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys high, constructed from coursed rubble with a pantile roof. It features rusticated quoins, although the quoins on the left side are not straight. The building has two windows on each storey, with lintels and no glazing bars. The entrance door has a lintel and a rectangular fanlight above it, and the door consists of four panels. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 105 to 126, the Royal Oak Public House, the Employment Exchange, No. 133, and the Crossways Hotel, with Nos. 105 to 111, No. 126, the Royal Oak Public House, and the Crossways Hotel being of local interest.
