Description

33 Eastgate is an early to mid-19th century building located on the north side of Eastgate. It features a gable end facing the road and stands two storeys high, constructed from coursed stone with a hipped pantile roof. The building has two windows with stone lintels, showcasing a four-light mullion and transoms with casement windows. The ground floor includes a plain 19th-century shop front, which is complemented by plain pilasters and a fascia, along with a door consisting of four panels, two of which are glass, situated under a lintel. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 18 to 25 and 30 to 37 Eastgate.
