Description

No 4 on Potter Hill is an early 19th century cottage that stands two storeys tall. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a pantile roof with stone-coped gable ends and kneelers. There are brick stacks at each gable end. The cottage has two windows, which are modern with mullions and transoms, consisting of four lights each. The ground floor windows and the door, which is half-glazed, have stone lintels. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 4, 6 to 18 (consecutive), and 15A, with Nos 6 to 18 and 15A being of local interest.
