Description

Dob Park House is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century, which was restored in the late 20th century. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays, with quoins at the corners. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door set within a plain stone surround. On either side of the door and on the first floor, there are three-light windows with flat-faced mullions and projecting sills. The house also has shaped kneelers, gable copings, and corniced stacks. The interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
