Description

Park Side is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with quoins at the corners. The central entrance is a glazed door surrounded by a classical surround and flanked by bow windows, all of which are from the 20th century. On the first floor, there are sash windows with glazing bars set in flush wood architraves. The windows have tripartite incised lintels and stone sills. The gable ends feature sawn-off kneelers and coping, with end stacks made of ashlar that have projecting bands.
