Description
Carr Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century, which was restored around 1980. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays, with a rear outshut. The front has a boarded door on the left, framed by tie-stone jambs, and there are three-light flat-faced mullion windows on both the ground and first floors, with the mullions slightly recessed. A central ridge stack is present. The interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
