Description
Hollins Farm is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. The central entrance has a 20th-century glazed door set within a plain surround. On either side of the door and on the first floor, there are three-light flat-faced mullion windows, each with plain surrounds. The windows contain 8-pane sashes in the center and lead cames in the outer lights. The house also has shaped kneelers, ashlar coping, and chimneys at each end.
