Description
Bridge End Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of gritstone rubble and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and is arranged in a three by two bay layout, with the left bay projecting as a narrow wing that has a lower ridge. The corners of the building have quoins. The entrance, located between the second and third bays, has a plain surround. The main range and the right side of the wing have flat-faced two-light mullion windows on both the ground and first floors, with the ground floor windows in slightly moulded architraves. There are end stacks, and a glazed door is situated at the entrance in the right return. The interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
