REGENT PARADE No 15

GV II C19 early. Three storeys. Double fronted with four windows. Slated roof with coped gabled and modified kneelers. Grit stone ashlar with floor bands. Eaves cornice. Gabled dormer. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars; first floor windows with cast iron balconies. Two double shopfronts with projecting cornice; shop windows with columnette - mullions and arched lights. Central house doorway flanked by panelled pilasters; fanlight and raised and fielded panel doorway. House and shop entrances approached by steps. Original lead rainwater-heads and pipes. No 15 includes former No 14.

Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Nos 6 & 7, Nos 9 to 13 (consec) and Nos 15 & 17 to 19 (consec) together with Nos 1A, 2A, 10A and 11A form a group.
