Description
28 Devonshire Place is an early to mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall and features two windows. The roof is slated, with coped gables and a bracketed gutter. The exterior is constructed of grit stone ashlar, and the windows are recessed sash types. The entrance is also recessed and includes a fanlight above a panelled door. The ground floor is adorned with a tented bracketed canopy. This building is included for its group value, as it forms part of a group with Nos 28 to 31 and the County Hotel.
