Description

This is an early 19th century pair of buildings, originally numbers 2 and 2A, Regent Parade. They are three storeys high and feature one window each. The roof is slate-covered, and the exterior is constructed of squared, coursed grit stone rubble. The windows are flush-framed sashes with exposed boxing, and number 3 has glazing bars. Segmental bowed windows project through the ground and first floors, each topped with a cornice. A recessed doorway at number 2 has painted surrounds, console-bracketed hoods, and panelled doors. Number 2A originally served as a passage entrance. Numbers 1 to 3, 6 and 7, 9 to 13, and 15 to 19, along with numbers 1A, 2A, 10A, and 11A, form a group of buildings with group value.
