Description

31 Park Parade is a mid-19th century building featuring two storeys and an attic. The facade is symmetrical with recessed end bays and a window arrangement of 1:5:1. It has a hipped roof covered with slate. The exterior is made of grit stone ashlar, with a cornice and blocking course. The windows are recessed sash windows. There is a painted prostyle stucco portico with a modern doorway. The buildings numbered 21 to 33 form a group with this property.
