Description

This building comprises two properties, 27 and 28 Park Parade, dating from the 19th century. It is three storeys high and has two windows on each side. The roof is slated with a coped gable. The exterior is constructed of painted, coursed, squared grit stone rubble and features a cornice. The windows are recessed sashes and casements with glazing bars. The entrances are plain and recessed, each with a fanlight. The building is included on the listing for its group value, alongside numbers 21 to 33 Park Parade.
